Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai is on the spot after being accused of allegedly disrupting a public participation meeting in Nairobi, an incident that reportedly resulted in the assault of two female government chiefs.
In a video circulating on social media, a man believed to be Alai, is captured storming into the compound shouting, "Get out of here... the police will not help you, get out of here.”
A female voice is then heard saying, "Let us respect each other," followed by another feminine voice saying, "Leave me alone," before Alai says, "Get out of here... get out and leave.”
The chaotic incident unfolded during a public participation forum in Kileleshwa attended by local administrators, residents, and security officers.
The meeting had reportedly been convened to discuss local governance and development matters affecting residents in the area.
Videos shared widely online captured scenes of confusion as plastic chairs lay scattered across the compound while members of the public watched the confrontation unfold.

Security officers were also seen attempting to calm the situation as shouting continued in the background.
According to unconfirmed reports, Kileleshwa Chief Joyline and Kilimani Chief Catherine, both representatives of the Office of the President at the grassroots level, sustained injuries during the altercation and were later taken to the hospital for treatment.
The exact extent of their injuries, or where they sought treatment, was not immediately made public.
The incident has since sparked outrage online, with many Kenyans demanding accountability from the outspoken MCA, who has yet to make any public statement on the incident.
Following the incident, social media users expressed annoyance, with many questioning the conduct of elected leaders during official government forums.
"Government officials being assaulted in broad daylight, and no arrests have been made? Am sure if it were an opposition politician's statements from the police and DCI would be flying all over X," commented one user on X.
This is not the first time the Kileleshwa MCA has found himself at the centre of controversy.
In January this year, Alai was involved in a high-profile physical altercation with Embakasi East MP Babu Owino at a restaurant along Lenana Road in Kilimani.
The dramatic restaurant confrontation escalated into allegations involving a firearm.
Owino claimed that Alai became aggressive, drew a pistol, and struck him on the chest and jaw following an argument over alleged social media attacks.
Alai later strongly denied drawing his weapon, stating that while he was armed, the gun remained on his waist and was only removed by a companion to ensure safety.
