The remains of Swiss-born socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, popularly known as Catwoman, will be flown to Kenya where her parents were laid to rest. Wildenstein who died aged 84, got the name 'Catwoman' due to her appearance-altering cosmetic surgeries over the years.

She died "peacefully" in her sleep, her longtime partner and fashion designer Lloyd Klein stated.

“We were having a nap and when I [woke] up, I said, "Jocelyn, we have to wake up, we have to get dressed," and she was cold and she was dead,' he added.

Wildenstein's body will be cremated and transported to a Kenyan ranch where her parents' remains are, according to fashion designer Lloyd Klein, 57, who was with Wildenstein in her final moments.

On Monday, Klein revealed to TMZ that a "small and personal" funeral service for Wildenstein will be held in Paris. Her remains will then be sent to Kenya, a destination she held dear. Klein said Wildenstein's father is interred on the ranch, and her mother's ashes were scattered there, emphasizing that it is fitting for her to rest in a place she loved so much.

Wildenstein met her first husband and father to her two children Alec Wildenstein, in 1977. Alec was in Kenya inspecting the family ranch when he met Jocelyne on a safari, and they fell in love. The family is associated with the 58,000 acre Ol Jogi ranch in Laikipia County.

The Catwoman due to her extensive plastic surgery filed for bankruptcy in 2018.
