'Set it’ hitmaker Dyana Cods said on Tuesday that she is ready to settle down with a man, and he will not need to pay dowry.

Speaking during an interview on Radio Maisha, the rapper mentioned that her standards are not high as she only seeks a loyal and intelligent man.

"Wherever I go, people expect to meet that bad girl image. But nimetulia, sina mambo. Even now I'm single. Nyinyi wanaume mmeangusha game. Levels haziko juu, hamjafika hiyo level hata sijawahi fika juu sana,” she said.

She added, "All I ask for is loyalty, love, and intelligence, which is very important, number one.

Dyana stated that she would not pressure a man to fund her lifestyle because she knows she is ambitious and aims for the very top.

“Basically, coz me unajua goals zangu in life ziko tu high. I am aiming for billions, so now I can't blame you if you are not at that level. Nitakupokea ulivyo, bora ni mzuri,” she said.

Known as ‘Bad Girl Riri’ in some circles, the rapper said she has struggled to shake off the tag but believes she is chilled and has two personas.

"In real life, nimetulia, sina neno. That is an image only for the camera. That is purely for entertainment purposes. Image ya good girl hai sell, unlike that of a bad girl."

Asked about the success of her song ‘Set it,’ which has garnered over 4 million views on YouTube so far, Dyana said it has opened many doors for her, and she is now fully booked for events.

However, she dismissed claims that she is a new kid on the block, highlighting her five-year journey in the music industry.

She admitted that it was not always smooth, but she remained determined to be successful and consistently put in hard work.

Dyana also acknowledged the support she received from the rap group Wakadinali and the positive impact they had on her as an artist.
