Artistes like Diamond Platnumz, Harmonize, Ali Kiba, Ommy Dimpoz actress Wema Sepetu and other prominent figures were seen attending the AGM, showing their allegiance to CCM’s leadership and its developmental agenda.
By backing CCM, the artistes are not only lending their support to the party but are also leveraging their massive fanbase to influence the political landscape.
Social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok are filled with videos and posts of these artists expressing their political allegiance, showcasing their unity with CCM. The impact of their voices cannot be underestimated, as these musicians have millions of followers and are seen as role models for many young Tanzanians.
