Mary Biketi, the partner of Cabinet Secretary and former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, has revealed that she routinely accesses Oparanya’s phone to keep thirsty women at bay.
She noted that some women eyeing Oparanya are bold enough to send him suggestive content.
Biketi firmly stated she has no problem with the CS’s past relationships or co-wives. But when it comes to new ladies trying to wiggle their way in, she’s not having it.
“There are times I go through his phone and block whoever needs to be blocked. Kuna tudem tudem, jamani hawawezi kosa. Bado wasichana wanamtaka. I block, block, block. Wale wa nje wabaki nje,” she said during a radio interview.
The bold and outspoken beauty declared, “Only in-house wives are allowed. After me? Never. I block them.”
According to Biketi, some women even go as far as sending nudes. “Some even send inappropriate pictures, which is unfortunate. Sometimes I play along and respond just to understand their intentions—they want to meet him and seduce him,” she shared.
She acknowledged that some of these women may be more physically endowed or highly educated, but that doesn’t make her flinch.
“Yes, they might be more attractive, have better figures, or be more educated, but I block them. He told me he’s happy with the women he already has,” she mentioned.
Biketi also opened up about how they met at Wilson Airport on a flight to Kisumu.
“He sat next to me on the plane. I didn’t know him personally, but he introduced himself—and that was it. The rest is history.”
She confirmed they are indeed married and that Oparanya has visited her family, but she prefers to keep some aspects of their relationship private out of respect for others involved.
“He’s a good man, and a responsible father. People judge him a lot when it comes to women, but they don’t know the real him.”
As for being in a polygamous setup? “As long as I’m okay and have everything I need, I don’t stress. He always comes back to me. After me, there will be no other.”
