Ugandan music legend Jose Chameleone brought the house down during a surprise performance at Club Bar Next Door in Nairobi, thrilling fans with his timeless hits. The celebrated ValuValu singer joined Ohangla sensation Prince Indah on stage, creating an unforgettable night of music and celebration.

The live show kicked off with an energetic set by Prince Indah, fresh off his multimillion-shilling wedding, before Chameleone made his grand entrance. The Walewale hitmaker serenaded the crowd with favorites like Mama Rhoda and Jamila, leaving revelers singing and dancing the night away.

Chameleone, who is currently in Kenya, has been receiving an outpouring of love from fans. Speaking earlier, the Badilisha hitmaker shared that he feels he has been given a second chance in life and is embracing a new chapter.

"This is my second chance. God has given me a fresh start. The first part of my life is over, and now I'm beginning a new chapter. I only have three years left before I turn 50, so I need to slow down in some areas," the Kipepeo singer said in an interview.

Although he hasn’t fully returned to the music scene, Chameleone reassured his fans that his passion remains strong. He also expressed a desire to mentor young talent.

"I'm a hitmaker, and everyone knows that. I don't have anything left to prove. Now, it's time for me to help others grow... Helping others shine doesn’t take away from your own light," he said.

Reflecting on his early career, Chameleone recalled working with Kenya’s renowned Ogopa Deejays and collaborating with Redsan on the 1998 hit Bageya. He also shared a personal memory, revealing that he met his first girlfriend in Kenya.

"Many people don’t know this, but I met my first girlfriend here in Kenya. A lot of firsts in my life, including my music, happened here," he reminisced.

As he focuses on healing and reflection, Chameleone remains open to collaborations with Kenyan artists.

Meanwhile, Prince Indah continues to make headlines, not just for his music but also following his lavish Sh2 million wedding. The Ohangla star has produced a rich catalog of hits, including Mashabiki, Rembo, Mama Watoto, Nyamwalo, Osiepe, Nyar Joluo, and Kwach Agolo Koke, cementing his place in Kenya’s music scene.
