Former nominated senator Millicent Omanga has left Kenyans talking after posting a video of herself honing her golf skills.
This time, though, much of the talk was not about her golfing expertise or lack thereof, but about her choice of attire.
In the four-seconds clip she is seen at a golf course, dressed in a striking pink skater skirt paired with a matching top and a white sunhat.
Her outfit, complemented by pink and white golf shoes, has been the talk for the better part of the day.
The video, captioned “Generate power from the ground,” captures her swinging a golf club with apparent ease and has amassed significant engagement.
X user Alinur Mohamed (@AlinurMohamed_) posted “Former Senator Millicent Omanga playing golf like a pro. Huyu vile anaendelea, competition yake in the future itakuwa Tiger Woods pekee.”

Her fashion choice, particularly the short skirt, has been a point of contention with most netizens. Supporters have lauded her for her boldness and style, but others questioned the appropriateness of her attire.
This is not the first time Omanga's public appearances have stirred debate. Earlier in this month, she posted a video of herself dancing in a crop top and jeans, which also divided opinions on social media.
The short clip, shared on Instagram, shows Omanga dressed in a trendy crop top and figure-hugging blue jeans.
With her back turned to the camera, she gently toucheD a potted plant, setting a laid-back, aesthetic tone.
Moments later, she turns toward the camera to reveal the full outfit: a stylish crop top with a distinct patterned stripe down the front, paired with layered gold chains and a sleek black pilot-style cap.
Which some people didn’t find fit for such a public figure.
