The 2025 BET Awards went down on Monday, June 9, in a star-studded ceremony held at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.
The glamorous event marked the 25th anniversary of the awards, often referred to as "culture’s biggest night," and saw the return of comedian Kevin Hart as host.
Hart, who last hosted the show in 2011, expressed his excitement ahead of the event in a press release shared by BET.
"I love a party. It's a chance to look back, enjoy, and honour life's special times. I’m truly honoured to host the 25th BET Awards and celebrate culture's biggest night. This year is the 25th anniversary, and my partners at Hartbeat, BET, and JCE are doing everything they can to make it a night to remember," said the award-winning actor and comedian.
