Videos of Wilberforce Kisia have surfaced online just a day after his tragic death, showing the young dancer full of energy and life.

In the clips, which are now widely shared on social media, Kisia is seen dancing atop a stage at the popular VVIP Rooftop Club, where he had gone to perform on the night he died.

Kisia had left his home in Kangemi on Sunday, full of hope and excitement as he pursued his dream as a dancer and performer, admired both online and on stage. Sadly, that night would be his last.

According to his family, the dancer and social media influencer was attacked by two security guards at the club after a misunderstanding; a version of events backed by several eyewitnesses.

“He was dancing on the stairs when one bouncer grabbed him and handed him to another. That one held him by the neck. That’s the last they saw him,” explained his brother, Vincent Mudoga.

Witnesses allege Kisia was strangled, dragged into a room, and left to die.

His family says they searched for him frantically for four days with no answers.

“The last time I saw him was Sunday. He said, ‘I’ll be back Monday morning.’ But by Tuesday, there was no word nothing. They hadn’t posted him on their club social media pages. That’s when I knew something was wrong,” said his brother, Kennedy Ambani, in an interview with Citizen TV.

Ambani also recounted a disturbing response when he tried to find answers from the club.

“I called the club cameraman. He just told me, ‘If it’s about Kisia, go ask the management,’” he added.

The family’s worst fears were confirmed on Tuesday after a post-mortem revealed that Kisia died from a sustained beating, including injuries from being struck with a blunt object.

Online, fans who knew him for his viral videos did not hide their pain.

One commented, "the boy with red jacket is no more ..RIP champe"

Another added, "The guy in blue is no more"

Two security guards have since been arrested in connection with the death.

They are being held as suspects and are expected to appear in court on May 21, 2025.
