A Ugandan national posing as a popular herbalist and MCA in Busia is on the run after allegedly defrauding over ten Kenyans of Sh1.7 million in under three weeks.
The suspect, identified as Kiisa Hakim, is said to have impersonated Dr. Paul Okello, a respected herbalist and Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Amukura Central Ward.
