Champions Gor Mahia FC earned KSh 5,451,000 from ticket sales during Sunday's 2025/26 SportPesa Premier League title coronation at Nyayo National Stadium.

According to Gornews, an outlet associated with the club, treasurer Gerphas Okuku confirmed to Gornews that 17,487 tickets were sold for the season finale against Nairobi United FC.

During the match held at Nyayo National Stadium, thousands of K'Ogalo fans turned out to witness the club secure a record-extending 22nd league title.

Although Gor Mahia suffered a narrow defeat on the pitch, the mood remained festive as fans joined players, club legends and officials in marking another successful chapter in the club's illustrious history.

Okuku thanked supporters for their unwavering loyalty and exemplary conduct during the celebrations.

The coronation ceremony capped a memorable campaign in which K'Ogalo once again asserted their dominance in Kenyan football by clinching the 2025/26 SportPesa Premier League title and reinforcing their status as the country's most successful club.
