PC's bodyguard Charo had been under investigation for the fatal shooting of Cecil Ouma Onyango on June 30, 2026, following a public function at Social Hall, Kariokor.
Sources privy to the investigations said the officer was inside the vehicle by the time of Ouma’s shooting on June 30, 2026 after an event at Karikor social hall.
Investigators at Nairobi North Regional Sub-County on Wednesday recovered two firearms from bodyguards attached to Youth Affairs PS Fikirini Jacobs.
"We were about 60 youths and after the event the PS asked for our leader so that he can be given some money, we decided to send Ouma to his car," A witness Lawrence Agolla shared.
According to Ogeta, the two had planned to complete five laps around the compound but Raila suddenly stopped after completing one full lap.
