The EACC and the ODPP have agreed to strengthen collaboration through joint training and closer coordination to improve the investigation and prosecution of corruption and money laundering cases.
The report found corruption had become deeply entrenched at every stage of education service delivery.
"Every shilling lost to weak controls, to corruption, to poor procurement means a shilling not to going to schools, roads or health clinics," Qimiao Fan, the World Bank's director for Kenya, said.
