Kourtney Kardashian and her husband, Travis Barker, welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, in Los Angeles on Saturday, according to TMZ.

This joyful arrival comes shortly after Travis Barker disclosed the chosen name for their baby during an episode of the "One Life One Chance with Toby Morse" podcast. Their son's full name is to be Rocky Thirteen Barker.

The 44-year-old reality star’s expanding family now includes four children. Before the birth of Rocky, she had three kids with her ex-boyfriend and Keeping Up With The Kardashians co-star, Scott Disick. Her other children are Mason (13 years old), Penelope (10 years old), and Reign (eight years old).

The couple had previously shared their excitement about the pregnancy, with Kourtney uniquely revealing the news at a Blink-182 concert. She recreated a scene from the band's hit song "All The Small Things" by holding up a sign that read, "Travis I'm pregnant." They also released a gender reveal video, with Kardashian sitting on Barker's lap at a drum set.

Before their baby's arrival, Kourtney and Travis, who got married in May 2022, had openly expressed their desire to expand their family. The journey to this point was even documented on the reality show "The Kardashians," where Kourtney provided an honest look into the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process.

Kourtney Kardashian mentioned the challenges she faced during this journey in an April 2022 episode. She revealed that the medication she was taking at the time had unexpected effects, making her feel moody and hormonal. Eventually, she decided to take a break from IVF as it was taking a toll on her body.

In May 2023, Kourtney shared her belief that whatever was meant to be would happen, expressing her faith in God's plan for their family.
